Blueberry & Almond Yoghurt Bowl

INGREDIENTS

Handful of flaked almonds

75 ml greek yoghurt

1 tbsp honey

150g blueberries

STEPS

Place flaked almonds in a small pan over hedium-high heat until

fragrant and golden brown. Toss frequently, to get golden brown all over. Tip into bowl to cool.

Add yoghurt to serving bowl and fold in blueberries. Scatter almonds on top and drizzle honey over.
