Moreish Chocolate Fridge Cake

INGREDIENTS

350g plain chocolate

75g unsalted butter

2 tbsp honey

1 large egg, beaten

500g of whatever you want to add. Incl. Dried fruit. Toasted nuts. Biscuits.

STEPS

Line a small roasting tin.

Melt chocolate in Bain Marie over simmering water. Once smooth,

Mix butter and honey. Then slowly add egg. Take off heat.

Fold all of the goodies you’ve decided to put in.

Spoon it into the prepared tin. Smooth top level.

Cover top with cling film. Chill in fridge until set: 3-4 hours.
